Hi, my name is David Alvarez and I'm the owner-operator of H&M Concrete Cutting.  Started by my mother, Holly, and father, Marty, H&M has been providing top notch concrete cutting and core drilling services in Southern California for many years.  Growing up in and around the family business I admired their teamwork and how much of themselves they put into the business and serving clients.  Marty retired in late 2019 due to health issues and shortly thereafter I applied to take over his license.

 

H&M specializes in core drilling services for electrical and plumbing, as well as general contractors.  A significant portion of my work are T.I. (Tenant Improvement) jobs in high-rise office buildings where cleanliness and speed are a necessity.  I can be in and out of a job site quickly as I am self-contained and utilize the highest quality electric drills and diamond bits allowing my clients to complete their work in a timely manner.  I carry bit sizes ranging from 1" to 16" diameter and am capable of drilling up to 4-6 feet deep depending on hole diameter.  I show up on time and complete jobs fast, cleaner, and with more efficiency than my competitors.  I carry backups for all my tools, bits, and equipment so I can complete jobs on or ahead of schedule.  I am licensed, bonded, and insured, and perform all work myself CSLB# 436930.
